Children on the Autism Spectrum

In an article published by Tina Wheeler, a special education teacher in Cuba, Missouri, she discloses some of her best tips for special education educators. As a veteran teacher of 15 years, Wheeler has gained much of her information from experience. Some of her tips include reading a student's IEP (Individualized Education Program) which is a document created specifically for a public school child who is eligible for special education. She also discusses the importance of setting goals and reveals some of her tactics to help her students succeed.
